Example:

Potential customer enters the app. Then he searches for the needed goods and send them to the virtual cart. Then he will choose the automated store within the app and it will send the request to the chosen store. The payment will be an immediate option (customer can choose the most comfortable way of payment method like credit card, paypal, etc.). While the customer moves to the pickup point, the robots in the automated store are collecting the goods in a special package. When customer arrives to the store he uses a unique qr-code or barcode, that is generated in the app, to be able to pick up his order. After the code is scanned by the special delivery machine the window opens and he can collect the goods and move away. The whole pick up time is about 20-40 seconds long.
