Our self-learning algorithm analyses psychometric data and emotional responses of the candidate and calculates predictive success score per candidate. We are solving a $60 bn problem of hiring wrong personnel that every 2nd business faces. We validated our model with hundreds of startup teams since our launch, have built a fast-growing client base and are raising funds to further speed up our growth and expand into the U.S.
