Fruchtstück is the first naturally sweet breakfast cereal made from upcycled bananas. It is crunchy, gluten-free and vegan and contains no artificial additives. But the best thing is: Fruchtstück is sustainably produced. The main ingredient are ripe bananas that would have otherwise been wasted in retail activities. These bananas are inexpensively obtained from retail partners and used for a product with added value. Fruchtstück is positioned in the breakfast cereal market (380 mio € rev, GER).
