Evoach is a webbased selfcoaching application to support employees and teams in becoming more self-determined, effective and capable to act. We fully digitalize business-coaching processes and offer easy and user-friendly access to coaching for all employees – without a real coach involved. We guide the user through a chatbot-based, topic- and solution-oriented coaching process to work on his personal solution and define necessary action items. Thanks to a broad availability of coaching employee satisfactions and motivation can be improved and stress can be detected and reduced early.
