Smart Wins stands for Smart Water Installation. We develop dedicated IoT solutions (electronics & software) to digitize water piping of buildings. Digital intelligence allows us to create healthier, more secure, efficient & comfortable water use experiences. Over 1 mln. leaks/year happen in residential buildings in Germany and lead to over 2 bln.€ losses to insurances. Our "killer-application" product - Waterminator is an ultimate solution. it is a non-invasive leakage protection system: installed on a pipe without any tools, it warns a user on detected leakage over smartphone and prevents water damage. The app displays water use statistics classified by use types that help to rationalize consumption. The user is protected from damage and water waste for a little money and effort spent. Currently, the sensor can be applied in private houses, however, will be also optimised for protection of apartments, IT- public buildings. We have successfully pre-sold first 500 devices to TWL AG.
