By utilising the power of data collected along the entire employee life-cycle and machine learning our Talent Coach recommends employees with custom development opportunities. Moreover, we can analyse and extrapolate data in order to provide forecasts which may underpin strategic decision-making in HR.
Our Appstore allows users to activate and de-activate functionalities according to their needs. Hence, we provide HR with the technology to innovate, by allowing them to develop custom features and sharing them amongst others.
