Currently, audio guides and museum apps offer only a one-way communication to visitors with no real interaction between visitors and museums. Visitors need to download museum apps and learn how to use new user interfaces or rent an audio guide to listen to preconfigured one-size-fits-all messages. Our chatguide provides a much better visitor experience allowing visitors to engage in an interactive dialog with the museum: As a visitor of a museum you send a question by messenger service and receive information tailored to your individual requests in real time.
