We want to motivate people to move, live healthy and train together. We have 5 body specific skills - strength, endurance, coordination, speed and mobility. Most time in training people just use one to maximum three of them. With our app we bring the people to the point how important it is to train all 5 skills! And with our Buddy Option you can also train together with your friends or accept challenges of them. We want people to do movement and training continuous - not just for few weeks before summer, wedding or special birthday.
Our Training System is created from Sports Scientists and it´s not just "putting random excercises together". We have a scientific approach. It doesn´t matter if you are a beginner or a pro - we have a workout plan for every level and bring you to the next level of understanding fitness and healthy living.
